Entry is restricted to persons who are approved Lotus Credit Card customers and whose account is open and active, within its credit limit and not in arrears or in dispute at the time the draw is made. Those involved in the promotion and execution of the draw, employees of MBNA Europe Bank Limited, Lotus Cars and their families or agents are not eligible to enter. There will be one Prize Draw made on the 15th of every month. Those eligible account holders who spends is over £250 on their card during the previous calendar month will automatically be entered into the draw. 2. There will be one winner selected each month who will receive a Lotus scale model car. There will be no cash alternative to the prizes and no negotiations will be entered into. 3. The winner will receive notification in writing no later than seven days after the relevant draw is made. 4. The winner agrees to publication of their name and county and for photographs to be taken and used in future promotions. 5.
